Hello, everyone, one of my favorite hobbies is to draw this cartoon comic strip I created call Mabel's World. Mabel is a chicken who thinks outside the egg and takes everyone on her adventures, bringing out the best in them along the way. I have 88 so far and will share the first few today and then again, every few days after that. They were inspired by BYC and my experiences with my chickens. Please feel free to share them! Enjoy!

Here is a character map.

Sandy is usually grumpy and irritable.
Marmalade is a fashionista.
Beatrice is very quiet but loyal.
Melvina is motherly.
Raven is smart.
Sunshine isn't all that sure of what to think about anything.
Gingersnap is bold and apt to get into scrapes.
Rexi and Puddy are full of fun!
Roo is brave and kind.
Honey is the woman and Sweetheart the man. They enjoy watching Mabel's World from the side lines mostly!

Have you ever thought how many different expressions we say that are chicken related? My son teaches at a college and one of his courses is an English as a second language course. He used this cartoon as an example of what an "expression" is like in English. Here is "Hen Party."

Maybe you can come up with even more that I missed!
