We barely ever get snow so my first rooster was afraid to step on it! lol He couldn’t get to his girls or the treats!

As long as their run is shoveled they are happy! The first snow of every season always throws them for a loop!

Same here! Before we covered their run they would not come out of the coop and walk on the snow. Even my older girls who have seen snow in the past. When I rake leaves in fall, I fill a couple barrels with the leaves. These come in handy if the run gets wet or it snows. They will come out if I cover the snow. lol
