This recipe is great for leftover pasta/macaroni, from dinner; The ingredients are easily adjustable. 1/2 box of macaroni (cooked) or already cooked leftovers. 6 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup grated cheese 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp butter Black pepper Mix eggs, milk, grated cheese, garlic powder & black pepper, like you would scrambled eggs, set aside. Heat oil & butter in skillet til butter melts, add cooked macaroni & stir occasionally til pasta/macaroni is lightly browned. Pour in egg mixture and cover pan & simmer on low til firm. About 10 min. Flip over to other side.* *Flip - hint - When ready to flip over, first slide out mixture onto large platter or plate then put another plate/platter on top of that one and invert plates. Slide mixture onto pan to cook the other side til done. I cut this into pizza pie slices to serve. The chickens LOVE the leftovers - just chop up leftovers and throw out to them, they will jump over each other for it.
