Last year an 83 yr. old man crossed the center line and hit my husband and three teen boys in our Excursion head on and totaled both cars. The man was having heart issues. Thank the Lord no one was killed but there were injuries. His insurance company covered everything for us (they have been excellent about it all thus far) and we are now settling with them.

Medical issues are not an act of God (as shown above)... the insurance company will have to shell out for this.

I've been a diabetic for over 25 years now, and I can tell you that you feel it when you start to have an insulin reaction, otherwise known as "low blood sugar" and have time to do something about it in most cases.

Having a hypoglycemic event is not an act of God, and should not be an excuse.

By the way, OlliOlliOlli, not picking on you but just for clarification and general information low blood sugar wouldn't be a result of not taking a shot of insulin.
In that case the blood sugar would be high (which can mimic drunkeness).

Low blood sugar results from: (A) too much insulin in the body. (B) Not eating when you should. (C) More exertion than normal.
