...Question 2 :One day they will get out and escape (I hope not ) but how to get them in the coop?

Question 3 :I got pullets how long do I worm them?

Answer 2: I let mine out to free range. They don't run off. They just walk around pecking. I use a lawn rake to gently heard them back into the run.

Answer 3: I wouldn't worm them unless you see signs of worms.

Okay This is plan B roost ladder but it seems I made a ladder for them to crawl up in between the roof. I'm going to have to put some netting to keep them out on the vent area.





I don't see any problems if you would let them roost up there. They're happy leave them be.

You are trying to hard. They are taking advantage of that. I love the innocent "who us?" looks on their little chicken faces!

They are beautiful birds! But I thought Leghorns were white. I love the shot of all of them in the nest box.

How old are your Brown Leghorns? I am guessing they have not started laying eggs yet, correct?

Brown Leghorns are great layers. When they do start laying eggs, you will have all the eggs you can handle.
