That's cute! I bought the special deal a while back of the 4x3 plastic cartons. I have been playing around with trying to design a label. Are the ones you are making actually a sticky label? Do you use some sort of special computer program?

That is an amazing label! Very nice. I was just thinking about how nice you are to spend the money to give away eggs. If it were me, I would sell them, not give them away, and if I was giving them away I wouldn't go through the trouble to pay for the supplies to give them away.... Well, I guess every is different.

Good luck!

well, I just designed the labels and will print them on these circles that are 3.33 inches - 4 inches in diamter...haven't decided which one fits best yet. i will wait until i get the egg cartons to see which will work.

then i will print them on some sort of labels like avery or something...i am thinking i prefer the 3.33 because then i can use the labels for my jam when i start jarring stuff...i also like to make cucakes in a jar to send out to my little nieces in college so it will work for that as well.

the labels are about 120 labels for $5 so it comes to about $ .04 per label.

well, i am thinking maybe these people might end up buying some eggs...but i don't know if i would take the money from friends and family...but i like to make them pretty because i think they make really nice gifts.

i figure $.04 for the label and $.135 for the carton so it really is less than $.20 cents to do this.
