It was a slow one, but how did everyone do? I got 4 sold. Going to the Greenback sale next Saturday... maybe it will be busier.

After I thought about it.... I think the tax free weekend hurt a bit. People were at Wal-mart and not the trade. Fingers crossed for next time!

I sold 9 total. All my porcelain d'uccles. The last 6 I sold for almost nothing to just get rid of them...adios porcelain! Brought home the other 15 or so that I brought.


I should be back on 8/21. Planning on bringing pretty much the same group and one of my dogs for company

It was nice seeing the BYC folks as well. Did anyone else see those black frizzle hens with all the chicks for sale? The guy was selling the single black frizzle hen plus 8 or 9 "newborns" for $12 total. It was all I could do to restrain myself LOL.

Ask around... they are all over, but they are not advertised. try your feed stores and co-ops... usually they are there.
