(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I first got them when I was 10 years old. I'm having two chickens again at 27. Hopefully with your help I can avoid the mistakes I made when I was a kid!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Only 2 baby chicks
(3) What breeds do you have?
New Hampshire & Plymouth Rock
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love birds in general but chickens don't have to be caged. I love that. They're also very affectionate IMO.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Drawing.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I'm a writer and I have a dog... I'm keeping him away from my babies by now. Just in case.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found BYC in Google, lol. And I said "why not?"
