Magazine writer looking for meat-chicken raisers in the DENVER, Co, ar

Hello all:

I'm a freelance writer looking to pitcha story to a local magazine this week -- I'm looking for someone who is raising their chickens for meat in the Denver area, and ideally will be processing a chicken this winter/spring. I've asked around on a Meetup, talked toa few people who hold classes on slaughtering chickens and have been asking on here, but have not found anyone yet. Could be true there are none??
