Looks like she ruptured an air sac which ended up forming a fistulous tract along her anal/vent area.![]()
In a veterinary situation she would be masked down via isoflourane and the area would be carefully debrided down to healthy tissue. On the other hand, you can lay her on her side, cover her head with a towel, and clean the area on a daily basis. Make sure she is completely dry before releasing her.
