Good evening! We got 4 ducks about a month ago from a farm. One of them keeps going missing for days at a time. Today we found her nest with 13 eggs in it. They are all fertile. I'm trying to figure out if they are Magpie Ducks and if so, what to expect with them. I also have 3 Blue Swedish Runners (had since 3 days old and now a year old) that make me a little nervous keeping them around the babies. Can anyone tell me if these are Magpie and what to expect? The mom duck looks similar but more black.

Yes those are magpies! Magpie are really sweet (depends on the duck) I have not hatched any of my own yet so I'm not really any help but magpies are one of my favorite breeds. They are kinda fat so it makes it easier for me to catch them and hug them lol. I'm sure mama will protect them and if you get to worried you can separate them. Hope this help;)

Could I have a picture of the 13 eggs?
