Magpie Ducks

Has anyone ever ordered magpies from ideal poultry? Mine should be here wednesday! Im so excited!!! I also saw that nature berry farms in Macedon, ny had some a few weeks ago but they sold out before i could get any! Ill post pics once my babies are here!

A few years ago a few of us ordered from Ideal but it was other ducks. The ones that we got were in good health.

I got 4 Magpies from Nature Berry last year. They are a really great there and they sell out fast.

My ducks came Wednesday! I got them from ideal. Birds look great, but unfortunately I lost two in shipping. Thought i was going to lose two more but sugar water and niacin really helped pull them through!!!

I also started a magpie facebook page, because it appears they are the only duck without one!

I'm guessing you are in the states though...I'm in Ontario Canada...been breeding and raising awesome magpie ducks for 5 years now....6 of my breeders are from Holderreads last year...a couple from 2 years prior and other blood from a line I've been working on for a couple years now...We have had good success showing...
I should put pics up...been off this forum for a while..and do miss the group...winter is here so more time to be online now....but of course all those ducks keep me busy even in winter! ...LOve my ducks....where are you anyways?...maybe i can try to help somehow...
