When she was 4 1/2 months old she almost cleared a 4 to 5' fence with only about 10' of running space. Her sire is Atlantis. He was imported from Germany and is one of very few approved breeding stallions in the states. Yup I can go on and on about how wonderful Knabs are.

Ha! Thanks. We will be seperating more of them out soon into breeding pens. The Giant Cochins are a pair that we won in a raffle at a poultry show. DH bought us a bunch of tickets. My three girls and I each put tickets in for different pairs and we ALL wound up winning. It was hysterical. We came home with 11 new chickens that day.

I'm trying Dorkings and Javas this year... both are beautiful, very old, and in need of conservation. They also both come in at least a few different colors, which is a plus for me.
