Oh, I am so glad to hear that you put it back pointy side down!

Finally someone catches the subtle humor in my posts....

I just want to know if it was the pointy side of the egg or the beak.

Dude, you got it all wrong. That's not a chicken. That's a turkey. Shame on you for letting him rape and pillage the hen house!

Will, he does gobble.................................. a lot of feed.

I'm a little surprized he's still living; I can't restrict his diet while he's with the pullets unless I build another, bigger, creep feeder. My other died of heart disease this winter, but this guy has always been more active. Then too, he was always two weeks behind the others in growth untill they got to around 12 weeks or so, then he caught and eventually passed the largest of them.

I don't have much new at work, but here's Aria as a 2 year old at our old place:

very funny

I had offered my farrier to build a walk up platform for my miniature when I had him. He didn't even want to try.

Since I'm sharing horse pics

I did watch a program on RFD about a miniature horse breeder that had his trained to go up in a sling on pulleys to have their feet done. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it in action! I guess if you had 150 Class A minis you'd have to do some thing different than crawl around on the ground!

Anyone else have horse pics to share?
