Which hatchery did you check? If it was Ideal, they have a minimum $25, not 25 chicks. I'm sure they'd put extras in the box for warmth, but you could get by with fewer than 25 bought chicks.

Ok so i am having are really hard time getting turkey eggs. I have been biding on them and am failing horribly. the last one i bid on went for $36 for 4 eggs not including the shipping.

Dose anyone have or know of anyone that has some they would be willing to part with. I was hoping to try and hatch some of them for the easter hatch

along with some of my own eggs. I dont have a hole lot to be spending on hatching eggs but I can pay some up to $3 to $4 un egg. Or trade for my own hatching eggs I have Jumbo quail, BCM and barn yard mix chicken eggs and will have goose eggs when they start laying.

It makes me nuts that there is a BIG show breeder here in my town that has them and calls them dee uccles!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?!???
