Wegotchickens just did it in her bra. A broody hen gave up and she hatched it in her bra. Not the first time I have heard of this either. Though 5 ducks eggs may make me look a bit lumpy.

Hmmm...sounds like something I might try for Steve's "will they hatch" thread. An egg in my bra for three weeks - might get a little funky in there. Interesting thought though.

I have almost 100 chicks from 4 days to 4 weeks.

My DH no longer really asks any more, either. He's just glad to know that there's a big show & sale in May.... Three of them, actually.

Haa haa - yeah, there's a sale here next month too. I just keep telling DH, "most of them are going away next month"...I'm not so sure he believes me....

There might be a reason for that one, though...

BTW, if at all possible don't hatch a chick in your bra. It's rather icky and oogly feeling....

I've been sitting here wondering what the heck you do about humidity....

And I ALWAYS make sure to tell DH when I am having someone come to buy started birds or chicks...emphasize them leaving, you know....I just "forget" to mention when things are hatching!!
