I would use them anyway. I have had eggs that ought to have stalled and died hatch, so there's no guarantee they aren't designed to take a bit of abuse!

Ok, Mahonri... Here's what my bator looks like with 120 eggs in it.. This is a homemade incubator.. There are 2 dozen eggs in two cartons, one on each side underneath the angle of the ones you can see... I had to go this route since my other incubator still has about 80 eggs in it that go to lock down tomorrow... Just the way the egg availability worked out due to a family wedding out of state earlier this month... LOL I'm planning to move these all into the other incubator on the 6th after it's finished cooking the current batch..

I had mine stacked crazily once and even with the fan it had cold and hot spots because air flow was restricted. Please keep a close eye on it so you don't lose some.

Same here. I've had hens wander away and the eggs still hatched when the next hen decided to sit on them a bit.

I have 2 hens 'co-parenting' a batch of eggs, and the eggs are definintely not where they should be at 2 weeks.
I had one hen that had her eggs go cold as she wandered off for her breaks, and they hatched right on time, no quitters. And she has an adorable showgirl, 3 silkies, and 2 millies that she sits on tighter than she did when they were eggs!

Oh my gosh, I have a lot of eggs. I just did a quick count and not counting what else is laid today, I'm up to 96. The majority of those are boughten eggs. And on top of that, I have eggs going into lockdown today, eggs going into lockdown on Sunday, and eggs going into lockdown on 11th. What will i do with all these chickens???

Well I for one would like you to post pictures of this specifically showing us how you rotate the eggs and if the humidity is low whether you are misting your "incubator region" or what? Hmmmm....fascinating incubator this!
