Steve- sometimes when the brochial system gets going, the coughing irritates it and it can't heal, because it's making you cough...because it's irritated, which makes you cough, which irritates it....

Anyway, at times I'm susceptible to this, and particularly easily irritated in the bronchial system because I had chronic pneumonia and life-threatening asthma as a kid. I have found that a medicine called Tessalon (Benzonatate) works wonders on that irresistible feeling to cough much better than the codeine syrup they love to prescribe for me. You might check into it if the coughing is wearing you out.

Well, I didn't get to set any eggs until yesterday

I had duck eggs in my LG that were due today but decided to start pipping on Thursday, so I had to move them over to my Brinsea to hatch because I couldn't get the humidity higher fast enough in the LG. I ended up with 15/16 ducklings hatched, but didn't set eggs in the LG until yesterday, and more in the Brinsea today. Does that put me out of this hatch along?

QUESTION:

Is there a list somewhere of who is hatching what breeds (besides Mahonri), where they are located, and if/when the chicks will be available to purchase? I'm anxiously waiting to purchase my chicks until everyone's eggs have hatched!!

Where are you located? I've got a map in my signature that you can check out and see if anyone is close to you... some people put their breeds on there.

Also for those new people, add yourself to the map in my signature! If you have problems, PM me your generic location and I'll add ya. You do need a (free) google account to add yourself to the map.
