When I ordered mine from hoover in november i was freaking out. It took 4 or 5 days to get them. They were not all ok and i contacted the hatchery and they issued a refund for the ones i lost. 3 of 15.
Just make sure you have some electrolytes and vitamins to put in their water and dip their beaks in it when you get them.
