Looking for Easter eggers and silkies

I have lots of silkies but letting them grow out abit.

Silkies do not have hair

they have feathers like any other bird - just no barbs in their feathers so they don't hold together like other chickens feathers do . As far as winter goes if they are kept dry older birds do great no different then any other . I have a friend that keeps his in a rabbit style hutch and cage - his slept on the wire most of the winter he never lost a silkie and they started laying eggs before mine did in their nice cozy barn .~~ Tammy
