Whoever is looking for the runner ducks, I bought some duck eggs from Al's Quackery in the Portland area... I think she has runners. She's on here but I can't remember her user name. Something about a cow. She's on FB as Al's Quackery and her email is on there.

At the top click on My Profile. When it brings up your profile on the left it should say "replace avatar" - click that. I think.

And whoever wanted polish, do you want purebred colors? I got 2 "free" eggs with my last hatch that were polish crosses. I'm not sure what the sexes are, yet, but I was planning on selling the girls and eating the boys. They're about 2 weeks old.

Somehow, I never lost my avatar (although it is probably time for me to change it).
I did finally discover that the brief video introducing the new site that was invisible to me, could be viewed on my regular computer. It is only invisible on the IPad.

It was fairly informative, but now I've forgotten everything I learned.

Okay, this is a test. If I try to use a smiley face, like I did in the last post, I can no longer type anything else. The cursor starts flashing spastically, and if I type letters, nothing happens.
It may be superstition, but it appears to happen only when I am quoting someone, so I'm going to try it again here.

Okay, it did the spastic thing even with no quote, so I hit preview, and when I went back, I was able to type. DH thinks it is because I don't have a supportive browser. What a pain.

I had to find every thread I have been apart of over past few years and resubscribe to them .oh well it's done now . how is everyones snowy day going ? We had pancakes for supper -with our own maple syrup . Then vanilla icecream with warmed applebutter on top . I love snowy days .

That sounds sooo delicious. I'm on a "diet" right now and even the chick starter smelled good to me this evening.

I did get the run all shoveled out, so I hope we don't get too much more snow tonight.

I just tried downloading a different browser (Opera), but it doesn't work with BYC. I WAS able to view the video that is invisible in Safari, but I can't post at all. Oh well.
