So, my husband just left our 4th of July get-together. Wanted to make sure the chickens were OK before the heavy rains come. Of course, it is his in-laws, but they like to pretend they don't like chickens around the guys. I appreciate it, though!

I've seen sphinx moths. They're really cool. Hmmm... do I prefer a warm sun ripened tomato, or the pleasure of watching the sphinx moth. Perhaps enjoy a bowl of warm cherry tomatoes while watching the moths hover. I can't tell you how often I've tried to convince people that they are not baby hummingbirds! (to no avail!!)
 

Wonderful news!! Glad the owners were contacted!! Hopefully they were able to catch this one before Arthur made his appearance!!
 
Hi everyone !! Family of 4 from Carthage Maine . Currently have 7/8 hens suspecting one maybe a roo. 3 Muscovy ducklings and a blue Swedish Drake .
