I hatch our production birds, so unfortunately no i'm not planning on any non-commercial orders.

I am doing some scale hatching however for a breeder who does Silkie mixes and is working with some bantam lines. If you're looking for something specific let me know and I'll see if he works with them, or if you generally just want mixed bantams I can arrange to hatch some of those (or bring back some hatching eggs for you next time I meet up with him).

I'm actually in South China on the Dirigo road.

Incredible quilt! Do you do your own machine quilting to finish them off? The rats???? Did you get rid of them with the bait "corn dogs"??? I'll have to remember that if I ever have issues with rats.

Machine quilted on a regular domestic machine.
I was the sprinkler not the corn dog. And I shot them too.

What do you mean, - sprinkler? Did you flood them? I just put out another corn dog yesterday. The warm temperatures really had them digging up a storm in the coop.
I think I tore my rotator cuff this weekend. It may be a while before I can dig and lay hardware cloth. Hoping to get in to see a doctor soon. I'm only good at one-armed chores.

They burrowed up and to the wire in the duck house. When I cleaned the bedding last weekend I got to the top of their tunnel and sprinkled the poison pellets in with the stolen duck food pellets.

Hope it isn't as serious as torn cuff. Keep us posted.
