Your much more nothern maine than me! DH worked on some masonry at a mill up there, we took the kids up there to go to burger king so we could eat in the train because my son loves trains. It was a bit of a ride. It is beautiful up there though, no matter where you go. We had a good time.

Haha yea I'm about as north as I can go before entering Canada. That is a cute train. I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's a beautiful view from anywhere (my favorite part of this state). Thankfully I get to see Big Rock right from my backyard

Hello all you Mainers, I live in the Bangor area, but have my very own county boy, love my chickens.

I'm in Litchield. With my own backyard-mutt cross. Mostly easter eggers at this point. I'm looking to buy a broody hen... well, she doesn't have to be broody right now, but a hen that will hatch eggs for me someday! A silkie would be nice. Anyone selling? I did not have luck at the fairs and the swaps are always on weekends that I work!!!!
