I am still looking for Fizzels....I have had the hardest time trying to locate them. Does anyone have any idea of have any hatching?
I'm assuming you mean frizzled birds.

Birds that are frizzled can occur in any breed, as long as the frizzle gene is present.

Are you looking for any specific breed?

Hoppy-

The chick that our Pete hatched I am pretty sure is going to look like your Puff. She's that pretty white-ish color, but as she starts to feather she is getting some speckles of other colors. Too cute.

I have some more cream legbar cockerals, I think 5 or 6, that dh is going to cull in the next couple of days if I don't rehome. I have two adults roos and can't afford to grow these guys up to just give them away. So the difficult decision to just cull them has come up. I also have a jubilee orp cockeral that is almost 3 months old that I need to cull, any takers?
I would take jubilee and a legbar but my dh is on the fence! I was just talking about getting a pair of the jubilees. Where are you located? Maybe I can convince him if we're kinda close. I'm in the Fairfield area. If you breed them maybe I could get a pullet or 2 from you later on?

cute! is it a smooth (I call those slickies) or curly?
I have a curly that is white and khahi spotted (at least i think it's spotted, the curl really throws off how I see the coloring)

course you are making me want to set more paint eggs but I keeping telling myself no.
and those blues, can carry paint so keep that in mind when planning on who to keep.
the sizzles will start curling at about 4 days, you'll notice smooth birds quicker and then of course the silkie feathered birds can tell for sure in about 3-4 days
I keep looking at them to see if there are any changes, i'll have to get some pictures. They are so adorable they are so hard to resist.

I am in Windham. I only have one jubilee pair and was hoping to get two more pullets, I have 6 more chicks growing that hopefully some turn out to be pullets. The legbars I have are throwing 90% cockerals for some reason

. I finally just got two more pullets of those and have to quit hatching so I wont be offering any cream legbar pullets until at least fall when I hatch again.....and then it will be chicks since they are sexable at hatch. I won't know about jubilee pullets until these ones grow out....

Windham isn't awefully far. I would likd to have your jubilee cockrel and your 1 legbar if its ok with you. Are they both about the same age? Maybe I can make a plan to come pick them up this week? Let me know when is good for you? Hubby has softenend about it, he's really loving them but doesnt realize it yet! Thank you so much! That would give me 1/2 of 2 pairs!

She is smooth. We have another that hatched in the bator that is curly. SOOOOOO cute to watch these guys start to feather out!
