Major spraddle Leg !!!!

Help!!!!
This is one of the broilers the years 12's are growing at school , They seem to have a major spraddle leg but we arn't completely sure ...
We only noticed the situation yesterday , Is there anyway we can fix a case this severe ... Please Help we are worried she is in pain ...

I think that is more of a deformity, was it like that when it hatched from the egg? Did you just get these how old are they? Are they all like that? I didn't understand this in your post "This is one of the broilers the years 12's are growing at school" Broilers often have leg problems because they grow too fast and get to heavy for thier legs, that is why they are "meat" birds and need to be butchered at a certain time. If that were my bird I would process it asap.
