We happen have a little old guy living nearby who sells them off of his front yard... $15 each!
You can also find them at farmer supply and tractor supply places
but they will NAIL you for $75 each...
We also have a guy here selling them out of the front yard from 15 to 20 depending on the style. I also got one at my feed store for around $25 so not quite as expensive. I have one waiting to be set up as a rain barrel for the front of the house. You can also check craigslist, you might be able to find some on there for cheap.
