Does anyone have any good recipes for making cow milk cheese? Our cow gives too much milk to drink, so we want to make some cheese too keep up with her.

I've made ricotta cheese from cow's milk. Used it for lasagna - very yummy. Easy too. And once the ricotta has formed, you're left with a large amount of buttermilk. So, I make buttermilk bread with it. Yum! Here's a few recipes I've tried over the years.

Good luck with the cheese! I'm thinking we're having lasagna for dinner, as I'm now drooling in my keyboard!
