I didn't mark the calendar, but believe it much less. Would have to go back thru this thread to figure out when I first mentioned, but she had been sitting eggs before that - I didn't expect her to stay.

and you are right Back on July 7, I mentioned she had been sitting about 7 days, so... 5 days +/-. Seems like its been longer.

Everything seems longer when it's hot and humid. Until I look at the calendar and think, "WTH? How is it mid-July already??"

I appreciate the offer but will kindly decline! I have a broody on her second clutch of the year that tore my arm up the first go round, now I have a 3-foot rule with her
