I have been saving eggs to make a torte, it asks for 7 chicken eggs, so I used 30 quail eggs, it looked about the right volume for 7, I guess I’ll find out haha.
Anyway, I’ve heard quail and duck eggs are better for baking, so I‘m excited to find out. This is the recipe I chose:

I thought it looked a bit blah so I added a graham cracker crust I’ve use for cheesecakes before, I’m crossing my fingers it wasn’t a big mistake.
