My first thought was a small coop but there seemed to be plenty of running around space... Im not sure cause my birds get most my yard. LOL but I am grateful to you guys for double checking... I was thinking mating because of her description of the attacks.. maybe multiple roos over not so many hens....

Well, that's interesting, where'd you come up with that?
I suppose the vinegar would do some sanitizing too.
I assume the quail eggs spots won't come off with just water?

I have to hatch some more baby chicks for a friend who wants to start a flock after the quail... I dare not try them together.... And I'm gonna do that with my darker eggs and see how it works. I'll let you know!
