Someone posted "Rhodebar chicks" and then went on to say they had eggs that would hatch that are BR over RIR and this means they will be Rhodebars........I politely explained that is not the case, that these chicks will be barnyard mixes and posted a charge that Chris09 had shared to show the breeding tree used to create true Rhodebars...........some people don't appreciate facts and truth, lol, but one thing I hate is the misrepresenting of birds which is nothing more than taking advantage of those who would have bought these things thinking they were autosexing birds.

I agree with you!! My sister said someone was gonna sell her legbars mixed with RIR chicks and wanted 10 bucks because she claimed they would lay blue eggs. Told my sis to walk away from that deal.

It just really irritates me - especially considering how often we see the fallout here on BYC when someone posts the "great new birds" they bought only to be told they got ripped off.
