I've got a lot of young ones. Can't sex them yet but I don't have room for all I have coming on. You just looking for grown ones?

Two in the photo with cones are serama from an earlier hatch, but the rest are Malay.

I'm looking for some hatching eggs? Ay one here from Eastern USA? I would like about six eggs.. Pls pm me or quote me so I can get your info on these beautiful birds...

Some updated pics of mine

Rex and his 7 month old son. Have not named him yet. That is a Madagascar pullet in with them.

I thought his color was red pyle at first but now I think it is more red laced white.

I have just put the first 7 eggs in the incubator from my Malay pullet above. They are suppose to hatch on the 19th. I have been looking around on the internet and I have come to the conclusion that my birds are based on the dark or double laced color pattern. I was looking at some Malays from Germany and my birds match up with them color wise. That is why when I crossed my dark pattern male with my pyle female my male pyle stag came out laced because of the dark pattern gene. Don't you just love genetics! My pyle hen is raising 3>3 month old chicks right now. I have a young stag and 2 pullets in them. The stag is dark colored, one pullet pyle, the other one solid white. My birds carry recessive white gene.

@mcrooke45 color genetics are very interesting.

x2 - having had a rather non traditional school education growing up I never really learned about genetics but I've recently found poultry genetics is something I find incredibly fascinating! I actually was given the book "Genetics of the Fowl" by a relative for Christmas and it's been a very fun read so far.

@mcrooke45 Beautiful pullet.
