May I ask what makes you say that? I haven't had them very long, so I'm curious. Thanks

The first photo the bird has a pea comb, and white legs and a long shallow head and beak. Malay should have a cushion comb, yellow legs, and a very short broad head with heavy protruding brow ridges. The first bird is hard feathered, which is correct, and does have roughly correct body shape, has the long legs and neck anyway. The other birds all have white legs and long shallow heads and beaks, all incorrect. The others do appear to have some version of cushion comb, which is right. The overall body shape is totally wrong for the last birds, they are all built roughly like Games, and are not hard feathered. They all look like Malay/ Game or Malay /Cubalayas crosses at best, the lower / last few birds would be 1/4 Malay at best . They basically are all mutts with possibly a small percentage of Malay blood.

I do believe he is correct. The birds in your pics have very little Malay in them. If you scroll back a little you can see some of my Malay.

I have 30 or so pure Malay hatched and don't plan to set anymore eggs. I have a dozen eggs set to hatch June 15th. If anyone is interested in purchasing them, let me know. I have enough and don't plan on keeping any of this hatch. Not many around and these should give anyone a good start for anyone interested in Malay. Send me a PM. I may be interested in a swap. Can Malays have white legs?

I am by no means an "Malay Expert", but none of mine have white legs. I don't think I've ever seen a pure one with white legs. Wished I could get my photo bucket account to work, so I could post some pics of my hatched birds this year. Got Wheaton, Black, White, Splash and 1 blue
