From what I understand, saying that Jerry Schexnayder is "big into Seramas" is sorta like saying that Michael Jordan was a basketball player, or Elvis Presley was a singer. He is reputed to be the person at the epicenter of the Serama craze, the man who imported something like 200 of the little birds and got the whole thing started! I can't imagine a better person to be getting birds from!

ohh my bad! lol I meant that he was serious about breeding and is very active in breeding and raising them. wow so he is the reason that seramas are even hear? I might have to go talk to him!​

here is a hen from Jerry that i own that is pretty close to the standard, just got to get that chest up without losing the tail positioning, the legs are actually the proper length in ratio to the wing, its just a bad angle
here she is next to the standard drawing

here she is next to another hen that i bought from Jerry, she has the chest, bet has trouble holding her tail up when she is in pose, she holds her tail up when shes walking around
