My Seramas have a nest with 12 eggs but none of the hens have started sitting on them. Is it likely that they will not sit on them at all and if so should I take them and put them in a incubator? I have four hens all about a year old.

I have a 5 months old pullet finally decided to sit on her eggs after she laid 14 eggs, all her sisters sit when they have 6-8 eggs in their nest. Hopefully she will hatch some. Good luck.
