Again, apologies for the lack of pictures (I'm hopefully getting a new camera today!), but I just have to say that my mottled hen Aztec hatched three adorable chicks for me on Easter! It was such a pleasant and adorable surprise. Two are light silvery chipmunk-striped and one is yellow. Too adorable, and what great timing!

And I set a whole bunch of eggs on Saturday. Seramas are just too addictive!

Also, I could not believe my ears, but my cockerel (who is maybe three weeks old) crowed today!

What a silly little guy! I guess he has an abnormal amount of confidence because of his three mothers who spoil him rotten.

And I'm having a serama friend over today to see my flock, and then I'm going to go visit his flock. How fun! I got him started on the serama path, and now he has twenty-two birds and is hopelessly addicted like me.
