PhiladelphiaPhlock, That's really nice laced blue, such neat markings.

Here is one of the hens that may be that little chicks mamma hen....Her name is Gertrude (Gertie, I had an Aunt Gertie). She has some lacing too and I love the way her tail is marked. She came from a breeder in Texas (sorry, I don't know who but maybe she's on here) and I got her from Ruthless.

Here is the other possible mother to the chick I posted.
Her name is Mollie, any guesses who the mamma hen is? Rooster is Blue Wheaten.

The only other possibility is Miss Prissy, a wheaten hen. Probably not?

Jerry, I Love them! They both remind me of fall and the beautiful leaves on the floor of the woods here. Gosh I don't think I could choose one over the other, they are so nice but that silver one is amazing, the markings, the colors, you always have the type but there doesn't seem to be an end to the rainbow of colors you come up with

Oh my, I'm in love! I never even knew there was such a thing as a teeny tiny chicken like that. I knew of banties, but these are extreme! Okay, I want one, or 5. I have a kind of silly question... since they are smaller, are the roosters quieter? They're so adorable, but we can't have roos here...
