Makes me want more, more, more!
We have 8 babies out this evening, and 4 more in various stages of zipping and pipping
I'm so bummed I had to work today, and have to tomorrow too!
Hopefully many more will hatch tonight. There are 22 total, but they're shipped so who knows! A few have some funky air cells so I don't know if they will make it out.
Two new Serama chicks today. Not sure of the color but one is out of Truffles and T-Roo and the other by Blu-T. Nearly the same color, very dark, likely black but considering what they've already produced, who knows,
If T-Roo has already produced a couple of black chicks and one that is the interesting brown/tan chick that has cool Dun-like juvenile feathers coming in. Puts me in mind of a couple of his full siblings that I lost last summer before they matured.
I'll take pictures tomorrow when they're dry and fluffy enough to see the color more accurately. Robust lil guys and I have another of Truffles eggs to hatch tomorrow.
Here are 3 amigo's that these 2 will join tomorrow, 2 by T-Roo and one by Blu-T
Uhhh. I have a serama mix Laurence and we free ranges with my big Boy Edward (EE) they are tight! they are like brothers, they run together they share girls lol (most of the girls are too big for Laurence) except 1-2. Anyways Now I have 2 new boys Rocky and Twix, Serama boys, Well I come outside to find twix excaped Edwards chasing him, Now twix is hiding under the house, Rocky freaking out because his brother is under the house. Then I found Rocky and Laurence trying to fight throught the fence!
Serama boy problems!
Well, I figure ill put Laurence in a time out cage for the day, Fix that little hole on Rocky and twixs pen...
What a ruckus! just got done moveing every one around and took the chicks from there moms now there old enough to be big seramas ! moved the breeders around now all my little guys have new girls to hang out with!
and boy are they happy moved some birds toghter that are going to be sold toghter in a few days and now my once quite coop is just a ruckus of birds trying to breed chicks cheerping up a storme! and others just trying to get along! for such small birds they all have something to say today !
it will all be back to normal in a few days. untill i have to do the move againe once all my new little guys find out they are boys ! look out then we once agine will do the move around its like serama checkers some times i win some times i don't it all part of the fun!
