Here are a few of mine too taken right after they came out of their boxes. This is just the holding cage while I got their water and food set up in the other cages...

Hey everyone I am outside watching the chickens before dusk. Well brought my favorite adolescent roo out. Well he decided to check out one of my free ranging flocks of birds his age that has Cochins and 3 7 week old ish silver Phoenix chicks. The next thing I know. My serama roo and one of the Phoenix Roos are hard core fighting. Had to pull them apart! My serama had feathers all in his beak! Holy Cow! And this is an extremely tame serama. He lays in my bed and sleeps in my lap. Etc. Wow. Boys will be boys??? Then a few minutes later I was prepared with my camera in case it happened again and sure enough they tried to so I got 2 seconds on my phone before I stepped in so they wouldn't get hurt. So much for possibly letting my seramas free range in the future. Once the Phoenix outgrows my serama he will have some serious trouble!
