justtoni - I havent had other chickens hatch out serama eggs but a know of a few people who have. I most likely will take them after they hatch. i just was worried that 17 was to many eggs. I have check on her a couple of times and all the eggs are still in perfect condition. If there is any problems I will take them and put them in the incubator. It is starting to get really windy and the power keeps going out so I didn't want to chance the incubator with my precious serama eggs!

Michele and Laura- awesome chicks. Hopefully I will have some in 18 days and counting. I canceled our 4th of july trip because I would have eggs hatching around that time!! I think I have my priorities straight.

Okay, so I have 6 Serama eggs to set. I am hoping for at least 1!! My BYC angel brought me the incubator today, so I'll be setting it up tonight, and setting eggs tomorrow!!

Any tips on humidity for these babies? I'm using a Brinsea Eco 20 Octagon.
