Male/female African Goose questions

First, I have 2 straight run African Geese. Second, I have one African Goose that is clearly bigger than the other one at 11 weeks old. Is the bigger one a male? They are acting both like Ganders. If both are Ganders, would I need to get a female? Would they abuse the duck females if they don't have mates? I probably coudn't get another female or two because my wife (and occasionally me) think 2 geese is more than enough.

I read something about how to sex (not sure if it's accurate) that said the ganders are the ones that chase the threats and the female run away honking. They both chase everything (except me).

Never heard that one before, I can't imagine my gander chasing a threat, but he may if he becomes a daddy mid July. we shall see.

Oh my gander use to bully one of my dogs till she had enough and turned on him, thank goodness I was there, now I carry a long pole to keep my geese from bullying the dogs.

I know what you mean. One of my "girls" does. For instance when one of my cats walks up to the fence Mary and Boris charge the cat while Martha gets the younger goslings away.
