Male or Female Black Shoulder

Long story but my neighbors brought me two one day old baby peas, now one month old. One is white so there's no way I'm going to be able to tell what sex it is without a test or waiting. The other looks like a black shoulder it was white until it was about a week old, now it has a lot of color. To me it looks like a female, but I am far from an expert. I'm going to post a picture here hoping someone can give me an idea. Appreciate any help. Cam

My black shoulder peachicks were 2 months old before I could tell by the bright green feathers coming in on the backs of their neck.
