Peafowl questions - deworming and male female ratio

So I’m really really new to peafowl. I have a 16 acre farm and my Guinea hens free range without a problem and I was told I could do the same with peafowl. So I hatched some eggs and now have 4 peafowl just shy of 1 yr old. I also have 3 bantam chickens that I got when the first peafowl hatched alone and the other didn’t make it. How do I deworm them if I can’t catch them? Can I add it to there water? I can only catch one of them. They free range so they can fly. Also I ended up getting 1 female and 3 males. How bad will that be come breeding season? Should I try to sell the female or 2 males? And diet, I have the high protein game feed but they don’t eat it. They come up to the porch and steal the barn cat’s food. So can I feed them straight cat food? Thanks
