Got them from the mininites/Amish so idk how old they are I would say they are about 5 months old. Sorry not much info. One spreads it's tail feathers out and the other doesnt. Also got eight duckling also and one of them is getting black on its face slowly but surely, and the black on the bigger ones in the picture doesn't look like it's fading though, thanks so very much for the help!!How old?
Look like females to me. They would be white in color. The one has a black cap, but most likely it will fade. Some like to use the French white label when referring to white muscovies.![]()
Yeah, I saw the one had a pointed tail and the other fanned out. They look the same size and their feet and legs look small, as well as their heads don't have that blocky drake look. Nor are their bodies super elongated.Got them from the mininites/Amish so idk how old they are I would say they are about 5 months old. Sorry not much info. They do look about 5 months. Even though the black cap is there now, it will most likely go away or be barely noticeable once they mature.
Do you have other muscovies? I don't see black on the faces of the 2 posted.
If you want a color name for the one - black capped white.![]()
