Not too sure on the breed either, it has puffy Easter egger like cheeks though.

My roo and hen ratio isn’t doing very good, currently have 6 maybe cockerels and 2 roosters.
 
How many hens? If you want to keep them you can run the males together in a bachelor pen. I can never cull a bird as they're pets to me so I keep a lot of males. If there are problems they will go to a bachelor pad.
I have approximately 21 hens, 5 of my cockerels haven’t started mating yet and they all get along.
