Hi! I know this is a total annoying newb question....but I’m a newb.
My cousin hatched muscovies over the summer and sent me with three that she was pretty sure were female ducks at about 4 weeks old.
Now I am wondering if one or two are actually drakes but I’m not experienced enough to tell for sure.
They are 5 months old and all I don’t feel like there is a huge size difference. Possibly one is smaller than the other two. But one seems to be shaped different and another is looking suspicious.
I had someone say I had at least one drake. So I’m all confused. Haha

Can anyone see obvious drakes?

Yeah I’ve read about the distinguishing features but I only have a few so I don’t have a huge frame of reference. They don’t look that much different as far as body shape and leg shape to me.
and I’m pretty sure they all trill at me and no one hisses at me.

Round bodies short tail legs lose set under body - female. Long from head to end of tail large legs and feet legs set apart under body drake. Female make a trilling noise, drakes huff

Well maybe I just have females then! Possible one looks a little smaller than the others depending on the angle they’re all standing and such. But no one is huge haha.
