Male or Female?

I think pullet! At that age, they are fairly close to laying. My EE boys were obvious at 6 weeks. This is one of my them at six weeks and he turned into a very handsome fellow but mean as a rattlesnake, lol! 😂

These look very small to me for 4 months. That is the age that some breeds start laying, but these aren't even close to that yet.

I think it's going to take more time to be certain of the sex of the bird in question, but my guess now would be that it's a cockerel. There just a lot of difference between it and the other Ameraucana in body type and comb size.
 
All hens. My girls and boys have big fluffy beards like that but the hens always seem to have a smoother head eve at that age
 
I think this one might be a Roo but I'm not sure. The last photo shows the sibling of this chicken and I'm pretty sure that one is a hen. Thoughts?

I cannot tell for sure with the photos provided. If you can post clear photos of the bird in question of the saddle area and good clear close-up of the comb that would be helpful.😊
