Male or female??

Maybe you can help me out… is this chicken male or female?

Everyone keeps telling me it’s a boy but since it was a chick I’ve been so sure it’s a girl… even now it’s got no signs of saddles or hackles it has no comb or wattles (well very small ones) and it’s a big softy who loves hanging out with the babies… and no signs of crowing… “he’s” about 15-20 weeks old… it’s breed is Cochin..
