Hard to tell but looks to be a Pullet to me. I'm newer here though so just a guess. It's very pretty. How old is it? This will be a big help.
 
You don't give us much to work with.

Age is very important in assessing sex because an early reddened comb usually says COCKEREL. also a clear standing side view could show if it has pointed hackle feathers etc. indicating a male.

You see this bird everyday from all angles - we do not.
